The Personnel Committee and the Deacons are happy to announce their unanimous decision to present PHILLIP COCKRAN as their nominee to be approved by the church as our Youth Minister. We will vote on Sunday morning JUNE 2 at the end of the 8:30 am and the 11:00 am services.

As you know Bro. Vance has accepted a call to Crossroads Memorial Church in Great Falls, Montana and they will be leaving south Georgia on June 10th.
We will be receiving a “LOVE OFFERING” for Vance and his family on Sunday, May 19th at the 8:30 am and the 11:00 am services.
Following the evening service on May 19th the church will be hosting a dinner for the Colley’s. The church will be providing the meat and we ask that you bring a covered dish vegetables, salad, dessert, etc.
ATTENTION PARENTS
We will honor Graduates on Sunday May 19th during the 11:00 am worship service. You must let Bro. Vance know no later than Sunday 12th if you will be participating and the number that will be attending the luncheon with you (please limit the total number of guest that will be attending the meal with you to ten (10). Also, you need to send him five or six pictures of your graduate to share on the power point. The rolling is a list of graduates that we will be honoring:

Deacon Ordination
We will have our Deacon Ordination Service for Josh anderson, Nathan Griffin, Joey Lee and Tracy Rigdon Sunday evening March 17th during the evening service. Council will meet at 4:00pm and all ordained men are invited. Please lift these men up in your prayers at this special time in their lives. Also, Dwayne Griffin has been activated to serve as a Deacon here at Patterson Baptist Church.
